I'm Luis and before DINN & Actinver, I worked at tech agencies, and during that time I also built my own startup projects — an entrepreneur creative community that we turned into a platform and reached around a thousand users, a couple of app solutions that won hackathons, and an IT services agency. They didn't turn out so profitable, but I learned a lot about tech entrepreneurship in the process. That experience is what made Actinver invite me to build DINN.

I had the honor of being DINN's founding designer, and the impact my work had outside and inside Actinver opened many doors — all the way to leading Actinver's brand identity. Across this work I move between brand identity and product design, through systematic creative thinking and grounded experimentation, always aligned to brand strategy where every touchpoint is cohesive and does its job. I'm also experienced coordinating distributed teams, external agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.

As a human, I'm obsessed with digital art and creative coding. Art is my passion and it feeds my design process a lot. I'm also a board game collector, and currently I'm designing two board games of my own. I think a lot about gaming as a concept to keep people motivated to learn and actually use a product or a service.

Currently

Using AI across almost every part of my creative process — ideation, iteration, production, QA. As a tool that makes the work better and faster at the same time.

Also figuring out how to bring that into the team: sharing workflows, building tools, making AI something the whole organization can actually use.

Brand & Creative Ops Lead

Actinver — Banking & Investments

Jan 2025 – May 2026

01Defined the visual language, motion principles, and brand governance for a national investment bank's rebrand. Confirmed by Nielsen Brand Health Study: +9pts aided awareness, and +15% engagement with women-led creatives.
02Built and led a multidisciplinary creative team (10+), aligning with Growth, CRM, and Product to connect brand strategy with performance outcomes.
03Oversaw end-to-end creative production for multi-channel campaigns, coordinating external agencies to deliver brand-consistent audiovisual content across digital and physical touchpoints.
04Designed and implemented a creative operations system on Airtable with AI-assisted QA, covering intake, prioritization, production, and release. Production capacity +60%, delivery time cut by 3–4 days (ops system), then optimized to same-day in 2026 with an AI-powered creative platform — without adding headcount.
05Owned end-to-end print production — brochures, flyers, DOOH / OOH campaigns, and event materials — managing vendor specs, and production handoff.

01Founding design leader. Built DINN's brand identity, visual system, and first product experiences from zero.
02Scaled the platform from 0 to 500K+ clients within the first two years, through cohesive UX, brand storytelling, and behavioral design.
03Directed a full-scale rebrand after brand audits: 92% perceived increase in security, 88% increase in trust.
04Built and presented C-Level pitches for new DINN and Actinver initiatives, translating product, brand, and business goals into unified narratives.
05Embedded WCAG / ADA accessibility across the mobile app and digital product, accessibility lived inside the design system from the ground up.
06Built and scaled a multidisciplinary creative team across UX, motion, illustration, and content.

01Designed and prototyped web and mobile experiences for BBVA and Actinver, covering user journeys, wireframes, and hi-fidelity UIs.
